What is the difference between a business GCC and a technology GCC?
A technology GCC focuses on engineering, AI, data, cloud, QA and cybersecurity. A business GCC runs functions such as finance, HR, procurement, analytics and customer operations. Many centres combine both.
What does build-operate-transfer (BOT) mean?
We build and run the centre for an agreed period - hiring, workspace, operations and compliance - then transfer the people, assets and operations to your own entity in that country.
How long does it take to start?
A focused pilot team can typically be stood up within about three months, depending on the country, entity readiness and hiring plans.
Do we need our own local entity?
Eventually, if you plan to own the centre. During the build and operate phases we can run the team under Digiators Consulting Services or a local partner structure, then transfer it to your entity.
